What to Expect When You Visit

We want you to visit us at The Church at Loveland, we want you to feel comfortable.
We know an unfamiliar place can be intimidating so let us tell you what you can expect when you honor us with a visit.

What to Expect

We care about you, not what you’re wearing. We don’t care who you’re voting for in the next election or how many tattoos you have. We’re a church full of imperfect, broken people who are coming to know Jesus and serving others together, and regardless of your story, we believe you belong! If you’ve never been and you’re considering coming, here’s what you should expect…

Nice People - We LOVE it when someone comes for the first time.

A casual atmosphere.  - We care about YOU, not what you’re wearing, so feel free to come in jeans or whatever is comfortable. Our dress code is simple: wear something.  We will NOT single you out publicly or ask you to say anything, and we do NOT expect guests to contribute anything financially.

Practical Teaching - that connects the words of the Bible to everyday life. We want to be a Bible-centered church, and we try to be. Yet we know that our conclusions aren't flawless, and that our practices are sometimes colored by habit, preference, tradition, or convenience.

Our Belief - We are a non-denominational group of believers. (The term "non-denominational" means that we are independent of outside control and adhere only to the Scriptures for our beliefs.)
We Believe
• Jesus Christ is the one and only Son of God, who died for our sins and arose from the dead.
• The Bible is the inspired word of God - a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path.
• Every person has worth as a creation of God, but that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.
• Christ the Lord and Savior has made available forgiveness of sins and the promise of eternal life.
• Those who have acknowledged Christ should repent of sin, confess their faith, and be baptized for the forgiveness of sins.
• The Church is the body of Christ on earth, empowered by the Holy Spirit and exists to save the lost and initiate, educate and enlighted the saved.
